Aims and Scope

IEEE SPAWC 2025 solicits papers that are devoted to advances in signal processing and artificial intelligence for wireless communications, networking, and information theory. Papers on both traditional research topics and emerging areas are encouraged to be submitted. Topics include, but not limited to:

  • Physical-layer security and privacy
  • Machine learning and data analytics
  • 5G and beyond
  • Biological communications and signal processing
  • Reliable wireless communications for autonomous vehicles
  • Smart antennas, MIMO systems, massive MIMO, and space-time processing
  • Cooperative communication, coordinated multipoint transmission and reception
  • Signal processing for ad-hoc, multi-hop, and sensor networks
  • Convex and non-convex optimization; game theory for communications
  • Distributed resource allocation and scheduling
  • Millimetre wave, 60 GHz communications
  • Heterogeneous networks, small cells
  • Cognitive radio and networks
  • Full duplex systems
  • Machine-to-machine, device-to-device communications
  • Cooperative sensing, compressed sensing, sparse signal processing
  • Acquisition, synchronization, localization and tracking
  • Modelling, estimation and equalization of wireless channels
  • Signal processing for optical, satellite, and underwater communications
  • Low latency & delay-limited communications
  • Energy efficiency and energy harvesting
