The Organising Committee is pleased to invite all delegates to a Welcome Reception with drinks and canapés on Monday, 7 July, from 18:30 to 20:30, at the 5G Innovation Centre, University of Surrey.
This relaxed gathering offers the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow attendees and meet the team behind the event.

Social Banquet – Denbies Wine Estate
Wednesday 9 July | 18:00 – 22:30
We are delighted to announce that the SPAWC 2025 Evening Banquet will be held at the stunning Denbies Wine Estate, nestled in the scenic North Downs of Dorking, Surrey.
Denbies is one of England’s largest single-estate vineyards, spanning 380 acres – 265 of which are under vine – with a production capacity of up to 1 million bottles. This family-run estate offers a unique setting for an unforgettable evening.
Guests will enjoy a three-course set menu served in the elegant Garden Room and Conservatory.
Return coach transport from the University of Surrey is included, departing at 18:00 and returning to Guildford at 22:30.
Please note:
The banquet is open to delegates who have purchased a banquet ticket during registration. We encourage early booking as places are limited. Don’t forget to indicate any dietary or access requirements when booking, and please remember to bring your ticket with you to the venue.
