Social Banquet

We are delighted to announce that the SPAWC 2025 evening banquet is to be held at Denbies Wine Estate, located in the picturesque North Downs of Dorking, Surrey, on Wednesday 9 July. Denbies is one of England’s largest single estate vineyards. The estate, independently owned and run, comprises 380 acres with 265 acres currently under vine. It has a production capacity of 1 million bottles. We are offering a 3-course set menu in their Garden Room and Conservatory and return coach transfer is included from the University of Surrey, leaving at 18:00 and returning to Guildford at 22:00.

The banquet is open to the registrants who purchased a banquet ticket during the registration process.  Please book early to secure your ticket and ensure that you provide any dietary or access requirements, when making your booking (please remember to present your ticket at the dinner venue).
